Super Saturday

It 's been a relatively quiet week on the Dam so far - five fish caught but all hard won. Today, though, was different - fresh fish were seen throughout the beat and this was reflected in the catches: Gary Waugh was first into action with a 7lb fish early morning on the fly from Pitlochry bank; Thomas Andrew then landed a 12lber later in the morning on the fly on Port-na-Craig bank; Dairmid Harvey had a 16lb fish shortly before midday on Port-na-Craig bank then followed up with an 8lb fish early afternoon - both on a Payo; and a further five fish were lost - including a good sized fish for junior angler Calum Dunsmuir - well done to all. Let's hope the good fishing continues into next week.
