The river remains at a good height but it was another day where perseverance was rewarded: after a quiet morning Steve Dora broke the deadlock just after changeover with an 8lb fish from Port-na-Craig bank on the fly - well done. Heavy rain is forecast for tomorrow - this should encourage more fresh fish into the beat - prospects look good for next week.
