With low water earlier in the week conditions weren't ideal on Ruan Ruarie but David Wilson showed what can be done with a grilse of about 3lbs on Wednesday. Since then we've had heavy rain and the Garry is now settling back to a good height - hopefully next week will bring more success. A couple of sea trout have also been reported on club waters: Colin Timmins caught one at about 2.5lbs in Ruan Ruarie and Gordon Nichol another at about 3lbs from Sawmill.
